Workspace

In the Realishot workspace, you can organize and manage your project files and collaborate seamlessly with team members.

Home

The Home page is the first interface you see after logging in.

• ➕ – Click the plus sign in the top-left corner to create Realishot project files, folders, collaborative workspaces, and upload models.
• Data – Access data storage spaces where you have permissions.
• Apps – Various software and plugin services available on the Realishot platform.
• Recent – Lists your recently opened files.

My Space

Store your personal files in "My Space." Only you can view and edit these files.

In My Space, you can:

• Create Realishot project files and folders
• Organize files by moving them into folders, creating copies, or deleting
• Modify file cover images
• Rename files
• Add descriptions to files
• Add tags to improve search efficiency
• Identify published files

Collaborative Workspaces

In other spaces within collaborative workspaces, share files and collaborate with team members based on workspace permissions.

Create Collaborative Workspace

Click the "➕" button above Data in the left navigation bar. Set the workspace name and cover in the pop-up to create it.

Create multiple workspaces. Switch between them using the icon left of the workspace name.

Team Organization Management

Click your profile picture at the bottom-left to open settings, then select Organization Management.

Manage organization members, view team plans, and more on this page.

Invite and Manage Team Members

Invite members to enable team-wide file sharing. New members see public workspaces. For specific workspace permissions, invite members within the target workspace (top-right corner).

Member Management in Collaborative Workspace

Click "Invite Member" (top-right) to open member management. In the team list:

• Invite members
• Remove members
• Modify member roles:
  • Viewer: Access files but cannot edit
  • Editor: Access and edit files (except owner-locked)
  • Admin: Access, edit, move, and delete files
  • Owner: Full control over all files in all workspaces

Creating and Managing Files in Workspace

Create Files

Click "➕" (top-left) in any workspace to create:

• Realishot project
• Folder
• Upload 3D model
• Upload 2D drawing
• New collaborative workspace

File Card

File cards display:

• File thumbnail
• File name
• File type icon (rendering/model/drawing)
• Last updated time

File Settings

New files default to "Untitled." Click ⋮ on a file card to access:

• Rename: Activate name input
• Set Cover: Use custom cover image
• Tag: Add tags to file
• Move: Relocate file
• Copy: Duplicate to target location
• Delete: Remove file

Organize Files via Folders

Create unlimited nested folders in any space.

Folders can be:

• Renamed
• Tagged
• Moved
• Copied
• Deleted

Organize via Filtering and Sorting

Use the top-right menu to sort/filter files.
Sort by:

• Newest to oldest (creation)
• Oldest to newest (creation)
• Newest to oldest (update)
• Oldest to newest (update)
• A→Z (name)
• Z→A (name)
• Custom order

Filter by:

• Tag
• Property
• File format

Workspace Search

Enter keywords in the top search bar to find matches across all spaces. Searches cover:

• File names
• Folder names
